Catching Up

23 Feb

Yesterday was my last day of the progesterone pills and tomorrow is my appointment to see how everything is going in order to restart again. I’m so nervous I can’t explain…what if the cyst is still there? What if this month will be a bust again? Can I handle one more cycle being confused and upset? I just want one normal cycle that’s all! Where ovulation happens whether I get preggers or not. Ill tell you I’ve been so so so happy with the humongous boobs that come with these pills! I feel like I got breast implants! Well…after almost 8 months with no boobs due to low progesterone and ish this is like amazing for me…I missed those puppies. Anyways. I’m praying and hoping the bleeding cyst has gone to hell and that I will start AF in another one to two days (I hope) and I can start jacking up myself with hormones again. March is a beautiful month…mostly for my biased opinion since I’m born in March. I just feel so happy when spring comes along anywhere around the world (even in Kuwait!). Crossing fingers, praying this irritating block in the road is gone 🙂
Oh and can I add…has anyone gotten boils on their face from PCOS? I know sounds disgusting…but this is the second time I get a huge one on my chin. And it’s just so big an painful it’s unbelievable. The first time I got it 5 months ago I had no idea what it was I thought it was a pimple so I tried to pop it to relieve the pain and basically disfigured my face while doing so. So this time I knew exactly what it was and ran to get antibiotics. I really didn’t want to be taking antibiotics for the third cycle in a row of shots…it’s like antibiotics won’t let me be! And now thankfully it’s going down. What a nightmare…an I the only one that suffers from this?!

Oh, I’m praying this is your month! I’m on birth control this month to suppress all of the hormones that I injected last month. It is kind of ironic to pick up a prescription for the exact opposite thing that you desire. LOL. March is a good month. Try to relax 🙂 I think the face boils are rather common, unfortunately. I don’t get them, but I have very atypical symptoms. Are you doing clomid or injectables this month as long as all goes well?

I know how you feel…it sucks when you’re like no! Not what I want! But sometimes we need to calm down our systems so let’s hope this does well for you 🙂 I will be doing injectables…clomid has failed me twice (no ovulation) so we moved past it a few cycles ago. Oh god I’m so scared to keep trying different injectables…they all bring weird symptoms and I’m not sure what the new ones will bring 😦

I’m so sorry. I did Clomid four times and never ovulated. My side affects on Clomid were way worse than any of my injectable side affects. Still, they’ve not figured out what will produce ovulation without tons of follicles growing, making me a “perfect” ivf patient. Boo. Keep me updated!

I might fall straight into the same path as you, as my doctor warned me. So far I’ve had two failed cycles of injectables so I think they’ll want to do a few more (possibly the states) in order to move onto IVF. I’m carefully optimistic about injectables and waiting. Unfortunately…being so young using injectables puts us in the category of high risk=IVF. Well wait and see this month what happens 🙂 keep strong pretty lady!

I’ll miss my progesterone boobs, too. I think I love them even more than my husband. Good luck with the appointment tomorrow! You’ve waited long enough! That thing better be gone!!

They’re amazeballs right?! I just keep staring at them haha! Thank you…I really hope that sucker is gone too! 🙂 will keep you all updated.

All the bestest huni, I hope this is your month 🙂 regarding the boils, I had gotten them twice on my leg and ran to the doc, he told me to up my dose of Met for a few days and I did that for about 3 days and then it was gone. He said sometimes cos of the pcos my blood sugar levels go all over the place!!

    • bloggerkuwait February 27, 2013 at 2:38 pm #

So this is caused from blood sugar levels?! Omg boils on the leg sounds like it hurts:(

      • needbabydee February 27, 2013 at 4:46 pm #

Yep, that’s what my doc said. He says because of our pcos, our blood sugar levels cause it. He says that everyone is susceptible to it because of a certain bacteria, but some people are able to fight it off better than us! Gosh, it really was painful. It was on my inner thigh, couldn’t even wear jeans lol
